There is something extremely satisfactory about watching your child eating healthy lunch you prepared.

Especially when that lunch was finished in 15 min. This is one of favourite lunches I in hurry.

  1. 1 serving of Quinoa. Boil in water according to the instruction on the package for 15 min.
  2. Beans or Chickpeas. Open a can and wash with water. serve on plate:)
  3. Sun dried tomatoes. Serve on plate.
  4. Any fresh vegetables that is in the fridge. If none boil some frozen veggies.
  5. If you feel like to have some extra protein you can boil egg or two.
