15 min bliss balls – the guilt free pleasure. great fuel before long runs as well – tested!;)
15 min preparation time
- 1/2 cup of almonds
- 1/2 cup os cashews
- 1 cup of dates
- 1/3 of cup of coconut oil
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1/3 of cup of raw Cocoa powder
- pinch of sea salt.
- Mix all ingredients with blender
- Make small balls and roll in shredded walnuts
- Put to fridge for about an hour before serving.
