Struggling with filling + healthy + quick AND delicious in the same time breakfast ideas?

INGREDIENTS:
– Left overs from quinoa from previous day dinner
– Yogurt
– Quinoa flakes
– Yogurt
– Any fruit (berries go really well with it I think)
Also I added chia and sesame seeds.
