Join my 6 month Prenatal Happy Mummy Happy Baby Health and Fitness Program and you will:
- Learn how to safely modify your yoga practice and other fitness exercises
- Experience a regular gentle, flowing class, applying rejuvenating and restorative yoga postures.
- Receive other pregnancy save fitness recommendation
- Learn how breathing and meditation can help to ease the discomforts of pregnancy and during the birth
- Become familiar with breathing techniques for labor, birthing positions, and poses for a home practice
- Find out how to nourish yourself and your baby thanks to eating the right foods during the pregnancy

- 6 x 60 min privat health consultation tailored to your personal goals
- A 2 x week 60 min privat prenatal yoga class
- Nutrition requirements for a healthy pregnancy – at every stage
- High-risk foods to avoid and healthy alternatives
- Lifestyle coaching looking at all areas in our lives that can nourish us
- How to manage food cravings and aversions
- Meal plans and recipes
Other prenatal fitness recommendations - Email support and check-ins throughout the course of the program
